Environment Erie Receives Funding from Erie Community Foundation

Environment Erie was awarded $12,900 from the Erie Community Foundation (ECF) to undergo strategic planning. The organization was formed in 2011 through a merger of two long-standing organizations in 2011.

“Strategic planning is a top priority of Environment Erie to align our efforts with the environmental needs of the community,” said Leann Sestak, Director of Communication and Community Development. “We’re thrilled to have been awarded this funding to get started”.

The strategic planning process is expected to conclude in the fall of 2019.
